This notice covers trendyalohateam.com and the business emails we send about team and group apparel. It is run by TrendyAloha, 2897 Grays Ferry Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19146. Questions: [email protected].

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request we receive exactly what you type into the form:

• your name and email address;
• your company or group name (optional);
• the estimated quantity, the occasion and the date you need the order (the last two optional);
• any notes you add;
• the time the form was sent.

We use it only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and handle the order if you place one.

What the unsubscribe form collects

Only the email address you enter and the time you sent it. We keep that address on a suppression list so we do not email it again.

Where it goes

Form submissions pass through an automation tool into our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where our team reads and answers them. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers that run this site, our email, the automation tool and the CRM for us.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

No analytics, no cookies

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies.

Business emails we send

We email businesses and organisations about custom apparel for their teams and events. We get business contact details (such as name, work email, company and job title) from publicly available sources and from B2B data providers, or from you directly. Each email names TrendyAloha and our address.

If you reply to one of our emails, your reply and your contact details are kept in our email provider and in our CRM so we can answer you and keep track of the conversation.

How to unsubscribe

Any one of these works:

• reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails;
• enter your address on our unsubscribe page;
• write to [email protected].

How long we keep it

Quote details are kept while we are discussing or fulfilling your order and for our business records after that. Unsubscribed addresses are kept on the suppression list so the request keeps working.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to [email protected]. If you ask us to delete everything, we keep only your email address on the suppression list so we do not contact you again.
